Comprehensive Warranty
At RedStem we want you to have the best experience and offer a comprehensive warranty plan for each of our devices. If products are found to have non user generated defects, we’ll either repair or replace it. Every case is individually evaluated to ensure that your RedStem light is back in action as quickly as possible.
60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Not satisfied with your LED panel? Within 60 days of delivery, you can return it for a full refund. This only applies to LED panels and excludes stands or separately sold accessories.
Additional Information
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees on non-defective products. International shipping fees are non-refundable. Products must be returned in original packaging with all accessories, or the return will be refused. A 20% restocking fee applies to elective returns.
- Each warranty claim requires photo or video proof. Resolution may involve part replacement, troubleshooting, or a replacement unit. Damage caused by misuse or unauthorized modifications is not covered.
- For undeliverable or refused shipments within the USA, a $50 fee per parcel applies. International returns incur a 20% restocking fee.
- The warranty applies only to original purchases made from redstemlights.com or authorized resellers and is non-transferable.
- Sales of stands and accessories, such as remote controls, are final and not eligible for return.
- Contact RedStem Lights Customer Support at info@redstemlights.com to initiate a return. Unauthorized returns will not be processed, and lost shipments will not be RedStem Lights’ responsibility.
